The Ham knife Universal Series 11.0" is specifically designed to remove the fat from Iberian ham. It can also be used for cutting meats. It has a long, thin and flexible blade that makes it easy to remove the skin, while its smooth edge glides smoothly when cutting.

- The blade is forged from NITRUM® stainless steel, which provides greater durability and resistance to high temperatures.
- Handle designed with a polyoxymethylene (POM) handle, a chemical-resistant material.
- It incorporates a Bactiproof Silver system, designed to protect the surface of the knife from bacteria and fungus.
- It is dishwasher safe.
