File a Claim

Do you have a quality issue with your Arcos product? We stand behind the quality of every knife we make.

To submit a warranty claim, please email us at support@arcos.com with the following information:

  • Your name and order number (if purchased from us.arcos.com)
  • The product name and SKU number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the defect
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 to 5 business days.
