Arcos Warranty

The Warranty Certificate issued by Arcos Hermanos, S.A. guarantees the quality of every product, under the legally established terms.

Forged Knives: 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects

Stamped & Professional Knives: 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or failure to follow care instructions.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return:

• Email support@arcos.com with your order number and reason for return
• Our team will provide you with return shipping instructions
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item

Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.
