Crafted using Arcos' patented technique called Nitrum®, providing greater durability, hardness, and high cutting precision. It is the result of shaping stainless steel with nitrogen to obtain a powerful and highly resistant tool.
The handle is made entirely of ovengkol, a hardwood sourced from an African tree, from FSC® certified forests with license code FSC® - C160381, which is used to make carriages.
It has dimensions of 39.6 centimeters in length, 3.5" in width, and 1.0" in height.
