The Santoku knife Universal Series 7" with granton edge is a Japanese style knife. The word Santoku means \"3 good things\", thus greatly representing its main functionalities which are picking, slicing and cutting with precision.
This knife has a very acute angle, as a result, it will allow you to cut with millimetre precision.
