The set of 3 knives includes a cook's knife with a 200 millimetre blade, perfect for chopping and finely chopping meats and other foods a 4" paring knife, which will be your best ally for peeling, cutting and decorating fruit, vegetables and root vegetables and a 5.5" santoku, which allows you to cut up fish, meat and other foods.
Because the blades are made using a technique patented by Arcos, NITRUM®, they have a high quality edge. It is a process in which the stainless steel is moulded and forged with nitrogen, which provides greater hardness and cutting efficiency.

The handles are made of polyoxymethylene, a thermoplastic widely used in items that demand high precision, hardness and stability. They come with a rounded locking ring.
