The Santoku knife Riviera Blanc Series 7" is a versatile tool, typical of Asian cuisine. It has a 7" blade made of NITRUM® corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its construction improves the durability of the cutting edge and cutting ability.
It also maintains hygiene in your kitchen thanks to its polyoxymethylene (POM) handle with Bactiproof Silver system. It helps prevent the spread of bacteria and germs on the surface of the handle, reducing their presence by 99.9%.
