The Riviera Blanc Series Cook's Knife 6" has a blade made of stainless steel NITRUM® , that is, nitrogen steel. Its construction provides a tool with a high cutting capacity and a long service life for cutting and chopping vegetables. It is lightweight and easy to use.

It is also designed with a white polyoxymethylene (POM) handle that is resistant to high temperatures and shocks. It also features the Bactiproof Silver system that helps prevent the formation of germs and bacteria along the handle surface.

The Riviera Blanc series is made with a French-style rounded bolster and includes a guard to protect your hands from cuts.
