Japanese chef's knife that is the equivalent of the western chef’s or onion knife.
The characteristic forging of its blade stands out, as it has a flat base and a rounded tip, which makes it a very versatile knife.
It is used to cut, chop or slice all kinds of fish, fruits and meats.
Another great feature of this series is its Micarta handle, made of cloth compressed with resin and its main characteristic is its half ferrule, making cutting and sharpening easier.
The handle is ergonomic and the bolster is rounded. And stainless steel rivets, which will make it free of corrosion and the handle will not separate from the knife.
It is a forged knife, that is, a one piece knife and stands out for its silk edge, which makes its cut unique.
The size of its blade is 7" with great durability and cutting power thanks to the stainless steel NITRUM® .
It comes is in a perfectly designed case Rocking Santoku knife shaped box, which can be reused for safe storage.
