BREAD SLICER WITH PRECISE CUTS
This is a culinary accessory made by expert hands, which will help you to make fine and smooth cuts in bread, obtaining slices or portions without crumbling. You can also use it to remove slices from soft-crusted vegetables such as tomatoes.
- Made from nitrogen stainless steel, an exclusive and patented technique called NITRUM®, which provides greater hardness, precision and cutting efficiency.
- Handle Made of Ovangkol wood, from well-managed FSC® with license code FSC® - C160381 certified forests, which is so strong that cabinetmakers use it to make luxury pieces. It is moulded with rounded edges on the bolster and handle to ensure a soft, ergonomic grip.
- It is attached to the blade shaft by 3 brass rivets, making it a firm and durable accessory.
- It has dimensions of 39.6 centimetres long, 3.5" wide and 1.0" high.
- It is dishwasher safe, although it is recommended to clean it by hand with a soft sponge. This will extend the life of the cutting edge.
